OUR 2 STAGE PROCESS:

STAGE 1 (PRE-QUIT):  WEEK ONE and TWO

We make the transition easy - You continue smoking cigarettes.

WEEK ONE - When you receive the Quittingpoint Pack, all you do is start listening to the audio CD.  The audio CD will take you step-by-step through the easy, practical Guide Book.  During this time you will learn simple, powerful tools and techniques to change the way you think, feel and act towards smoking and nicotine.  You complete this stage in the comfort of your own home, at your own pace.  We also provide you with recommendations to prepare your body for any physical withdrawal in Stage 2.

WEEK TWO - This week is used to review and reinforce what you covered in WEEK ONE.  Stage 1 can be completed in one week if you desire.

STAGE 2 (QUIT):  WEEK THREE

You are now prepared mentally for Stage 2 - You stop smoking cigarettes.  Stage 2 of your Guide Book helps you understand why specific withdrawal symptoms occur and with each symptom recommendations to assist your body.  You will also learn simple skills to prevent relapse.

Three acupuncture sessions are recommended to ease you through physical withdrawal (Monday, Wednesday and Friday).  We provide you with a list of affiliated acupuncturists who meet the professional standards in the profession.  Acupuncture has no side effects and is completely safe.

Continued guidance and support is available by email during the pre-quit, quit and post-quit.

The great thing is that you will have access to your Guide Book/eBook and audio CD/downloads whenever you want to refer to them.  The skills you learn can be used in other areas of your life too.  You will find the whole process easier than you could ever imagine because it takes a holistic approach, covering all of the challenges to quitting smoking.  Most importantly, re-training your mind so that when you stop, you stop for good!
