A word from the founder

Brenda Burke
LIC AC, Certified NLP Practitioner

I know from personal experience just how challenging it is to stop smoking.  When I wanted to stop, it was a continuous struggle to keep control and I relapsed often.  I remember feeling so frustrated with myself.

As a practicing acupuncturist many years later, I found acupuncture it to be extremely effective for assisting individuals through nicotine withdrawal to become nicotine free.  I was, however, surprised by how many patients were relapsing weeks, months or even years after becoming nicotine free.  I was disheartened to find that most of the options available addressed mainly the physical addiction. I  found that there were very few interventions:
• allowing for the transition
• addressing the habits surrounding smoking, and
• addressing the strong assumptions, beliefs and attitudes towards smoking

My subsequent research established a number of effective therapies which address these issues in tandem and these therapies have been integrated into the Quittingpoint Programme.

The aim of Quittingpoint is to provide you with the easiest and most effective way to stop smoking for good.  The Quittingpoint Programme is motivational and inspiring, and creates self-awareness to make change permanent.

I believe you deserve the best possible opportunity to succeed.  Why risk relapsing months or even years after becoming nicotine free?

I look forward to assisting you in transforming your life.
